Loom Coliving
Loom Coliving is led by a team of seasoned property developers in the UK. They wanted a name, logo and brand identity to launch their coliving concept.
Brief
We wanted to create a coliving brand that was youthful, energetic, appealing to the right Gen-Z audience, but also something that looked and felt like a luxurious hotel or fashion brand.
Idea
We named the brand Loom — drawn from the interconnected threads of a loom. The word is also short, and symmetrical, lending itself to the connection of the "OO", reflecting the nature of coliving. After creating an anchor wordmark, we developed two icons: one playful and energetic, the other structured and luxurious.
Delivery
Applied across channels, the brand maintains a strong, premium presence with room for playful variation through colour. The client now has a flexible brand system rich in personality — appealing to a younger audience through dynamic, fashion-forward elements, while retaining professionalism and structure through the square Loom icon.
